The beveled edges really do feel better than my old flat block—much more secure in my hand during standing poses. It’s light enough that I toss it in my gym bag without thinking, yet it stays put under my palm.

The beveled edges make such a difference in my grip, especially during longer holds where my hands get sweaty. It's light enough that I barely notice it in my bag, but still solid under my hips for supported bridge.

I toss this in my bag for studio classes and it barely adds any weight. The surface grips well even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow.
