The adjustable loops actually cinch down tight on my thick mat, so it doesn't slide around when I'm carrying everything to class. I've also started using it for hamstring stretches at home and it gives me way more reach than I had before.

I've been using this strap for a few weeks to help with deeper stretches, and the looped ends tighten around my mat perfectly so it never slips off during transport. It's simple, sturdy, and does exactly what I needed.

The adjustable loops make it super easy to strap my mat tight for carrying, and I've been using it to deepen my hamstring stretches too. Works perfectly.
